This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and the YUMZ team regarding your use of the YUMZ mobile application and its related services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, original stickers, software code, brand trademarks, and original content within YUMZ are protected by law. No user may clone, decompile, or distribute any part of YUMZ without prior written authorization. While you retain ownership of the content you upload, you grant YUMZ the necessary permissions to process and display such content to provide the service.

2. User Conduct Guidelines

You agree to use YUMZ with integrity and in compliance with the law. It is strictly prohibited to use this service to post any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content. Any technical attacks or unauthorized behaviors intended to interfere with the normal operation of YUMZ are strictly forbidden.

3. Service Content & Modifications

YUMZ is committed to providing a continuously evolving taste-archiving experience. We reserve the right to update, adjust, or suspend specific features or services at any time based on product iterations, without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

YUMZ services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. We shall not be held liable for any data loss or indirect damages resulting from force majeure, network failures, or improper user operation.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the User's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if no settlement can be reached, either party may initiate legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect legal requirements or product changes. Revised terms become effective immediately upon being posted within the YUMZ app. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
